Please note the following return details:
- The return products must be unused and must be in their original Karizma packaging with the tags and certificates attached. This helps us reduce our carbon footprint as much as we can.
- The customer bears the return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
